RecommendedSpringfield Animal Hospital has been amazing with us and our dog Zeus. They welcome him just like he’s family, and they absolutely take good care of him when we are there. Their prices are fairly reasonable and it’s always nice that we can work out plans that will save our bank, that will also help our little old man out. ❤️
Those of you who have had previously bad experiences, PLEASE know that this clinic is under new management! The staff is great to work with! please reconsider and give them a new chance.
They dropped dental from their wellness plans, but increased the price by an additional $15/animal/month. I'm grateful to the staff's care and attention to my pets over the years, but the value of service no longer matches the cost. The new fees aren't sustainable for multi-pet homes.
This vet used to be fantastic. I do not know if it's a change in management or what. But as of late I cannot recommend this vet. The price for their wellness plan has increased twice within a year. Getting an appointment is difficult. The hours seem to be shifting continually. In general the quality of this vet has declined.
ive been a customer for over 25 years.. this place was so good back in the day with Dr Taylor and Dr Morgan ....but it's went very downhill since this year...my girl had CHF which was on record there and the doctor didn't even listen to her heart. He's also very smug and cocky....we love all of the ladies but we are finding a new vet.
They have no compassion for your pets, it’s all about the money. Beware!!!
Took my 2 dogs there a few weeks ago to have there shots. I about hit the floor that it was over 600.00 for 2 small dogs. Called two other Vets and found out that this double what they charge. Absolutely ridiculous. Very unhappy with this practice. I will never go back.
We took our little babies there 2 weeks ago and a temporary vet from a temp agency said they were in good health. They never got any better. So they had us back today and found out both of them has infections... they wanted to charge us for the medicine. No refund for our babies suffering.... I recommend if you take your animal there be careful..... they are not good or dependable.....
