receptionist was very rude, unprofessional and unwilling to set up an appointment for my dog at a time that would work for us. Needless to say their customer service and emapthy is lacking big time.

RecommendedThey have taken care of my Puppy Gizmo including his neuter and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They are gentle and caring with him every single time! They even gave him his favorite toy! It is a squeaky blue ball that he gets upset if he can’t find it!
Extremely helpful and kind staff.
They misdiagnosed my dog. Causing over $400 of a vet bill. Took him to another vet and $50 got the diagnosis, medicine, & cure. On top of it, the dog was part of a rescue organization.
receptionist was very rude & unprofessional
They fixed my friends dog. well 1 day later and her dog is bleeding out because they didn't make sure the dog had a cone. my friend had to pay $500 extra to take her dog to an emergency vet to fix what springfield animal hospital messed up!

This dog was a shelter pet. We did not discharge to the owner but to the shelter. You need to address this with them as this is no fault of ours.
I am extremely disappointed in the lack of compassion I called you to try to get my dog in I feared she had had a stroke she could not stand on her own four legs I called on Monday, June 8 you told me you cannot see me until June 10 I called back as her condition was becoming more and more severe you told me you could see her on June 9 needless to say you denied my dog treatment because you wanted to go home at 5 o’clock I had to take my dog to a caring compassionate vet who had to euthanize her when I called you on June 9 y... read more
