Bought a brand new $100,000 boat with springfield marine pedestals included. Theres a plastic button which you're supposed to "press" to release it from floor. I've tried with 2 people and googled options. The fish ruler board didn't work. Now I have to try a hose clamp method. Which I'll have to buy. Tried calling them, and the call is immediately disconnected. Im close to taking this board back, because of their awful product and customer service.

I placed an order for a leaning post (June 10th) and after 2 weeks of waiting for a return email/call back I cancelled the order (June 23rd). Even West Marine Pro was unable to get any response from them after a week of trying. I can understand an item being out of stock (I’m assuming that’s what the issue is) but at least make the attempt to return calls and emails.

Worst people I've ever met judgmental slandering liars, will say whatever they want to get their way,going to rip you off one way or another whether you work for them or buy from them seen it myself. Stay far away from this brand. Go to tracker or lippert. I just logged back in to make sure my complaint from years ago is valid. And yes they are still the worst people I've ever dealt with

I don't care what you think... But Springfield Marine is the kind of company that I want to do business with... Because people who matter,, recognize people who matter... I'm not a current customer... Although I would like to be! The reason is because this is the type of company who will recognize someone on the team who keeps the wheels turning!! Tip of the hat to you Springfield Marine!
