My husband brought in his father's Bulova self winding watch for repair and service. Seven weeks later, after many phone calls, and a $232 bill, the watch is working worse than when he brought it in. It used to stop every couple of days. Now every 20 minutes and it's done. How can you trust people like this?

What's with the broken sign outside your shop on Congress Street?? Looks tacky and shows you don't care. Went to buy a ring for my girlfriend and saw the broke down, rundown shop. Went next door to Cross Jewelers. Tip for you, get your sign fixed. It looks terrible. First impresdions matter.
