If I could put no stars I would. Terrible experience with Adam. Communication is not at all there. He promised me a product and then ignored me for 2 days and then said sorry they are all sold. Not really good for business Mr Adam. No care or respect for customers. Stay away. Don’t deal with these people. I even called to talk to him and every time there was a new excuse as to why he was busy.
NO VISION... Really Loved the People, but they are sadly creatively impaired.
I've been a tenant for Springer Group for a couple of years now. They are extremely good at communication. I can freely let them know about any issue with the property, and they promptly and effectively respond with a solution.
I have lived in a Springer property for 2+ years. They are generally indifferent to issues their tenants are having. Two examples: My bicycles were stolen out of the locked basement. Andrew sent me a picture of where the door had been pried open, and there are video cameras that saw the theft. When I called the police, they were very surprised they had not heard from Springer regarding a break and enter. When I brought this up with Andrew, he told me “we aren’t sure it’s a break and enter.
