I have lived in a Springer property for 2+ years. They are generally indifferent to issues their tenants are having. Two examples: My bicycles were stolen out of the locked basement. Andrew sent me a picture of where the door had been pried open, and there are video cameras that saw the theft. For starters, my apartment is the perfect downtown location for my long-term relationship. Since Andrew showed me the apartment in August, in order to have my preferences met, I have had interactions with those in the office, property management, their carpenter and their electrician. Springer's attention to promptness and detail are exceptional. Long may I be their tenant.
We lived in this apartment during an important stage of our life in Canada, and it was an incredibly positive experience.
