NO VISION... Really Loved the People, but they are sadly creatively impaired.
I've been a tenant for Springer Group for a couple of years now. They are extremely good at communication. I can freely let them know about any issue with the property, and they promptly and effectively respond with a solution.
I have lived in a Springer property for 2+ years. They are generally indifferent to issues their tenants are having. Two examples: My bicycles were stolen out of the locked basement. Andrew sent me a picture of where the door had been pried open, and there are video cameras that saw the theft. When I called the police, they were very surprised they had not heard from Springer regarding a break and enter. When I brought this up with Andrew, he told me “we aren’t sure it’s a break and enter. For starters, my apartment is the perfect downtown location for my long-term relationship. Since Andrew showed me the apartment in August, in order to have my preferences met, I have had interactions with those in the office, property management, their carpenter and their electrician. Springer's attention to promptness and detail are exceptional. Long may I be their tenant.
