They’re overpriced, unprofessional, and don’t care about their customers or the people who work for them.
Be honest and backup your warranty work. My roof started leaking 2 years after Springer installed it. I called springers and it took me a month to get them to come out to the house to even look at it. Then I still had to keep calling him finally got some guy that was very rude and said hey look it's not anything we did and your warranty is not going to cover it. He said my roof did not call for flashing to be put around the chimney so that's why they didn't do it because of the way it was written up. I told him boy that sure... read more
RecommendedHas a miscommunication with a new sales person, called the office explain to the lady was going on and she explained how to get out of it. hope it took care of it by the fax. First roof job was great and still great
Next to no communication, job items left undone (roof was done 2 months ago), wife has had to call multiple times. Now, with no notification to us, they're finishing something on the roof at 8pm while my children are trying to go to bed. DO NOT USE.
Best decision I've ever made. Highly recommend!
