RecommendedAbsolutely love the doctors and staff! The nurses on call are also always so reassuring and awesome. We switched pediatricians last year due ONLY to our move. I thought it might benefit us by having a closer office. But boy was I wrong. We are now back to Springdale and willl drive the extra miles to have such great care! I missed the comfortable and loving atmosphere. (I think my girls did too!) Would recommend Springdale Mason Pediatrics any day.
While our daughter was in the NICU we received a recommendation from a pediatrician from Children’s for Dr.Bawa, we have been so pleased with the care she has given our baby. At her newborn appointment I forgot to mention her murmur when I was going over everything and Dr.Bawa picked it up right away.
Where there is risk there must always be choice. Are your doctors and nurses giving true informed consent? I will be taking my children to someone who supports me in making medical decisions for my children, not bullying me into them. I will be in touch to get my children’s records.

Would never take my child anywhere else! When my daughter doesn’t feel well they get her in right away !! The receptionist is the sweetest lady on earth , the MA , nurses and doctors are so beyond amazing too!! Thank you Springdale mason peds for always making our experience comfortable , and easy ❤️
we live in Springdale so the close location is probably the first thing that I love about this doctors office then their is the awesome staff that are so friendly and knowledgeable.
We have been patients at this practice for several years 10+. I have 4 kids 20,18,16,16 . We have never had a bad experience at either location . Donna and Dee who schedule our appointments and check us in are always extremely professional and more than accommodating. The medical assistants and nurses are phenomenal as well . Lastly we see Dr Paul Bunch for all of our appointments if possible . He is hands down the most compassionate, understanding and knowledgeable pediatrician I know . I love this doctors office. Ms.Dee thank you getting my son at this office. The hours are extremely flexible which perfect for me.The staff is wonderful, as I filled out my son's paperwork the nurse held him the whole time for me. They also scheduled his appointments in advance. They are just amazing ! 5 stars !
