No one ever answers the phone and they've left a dead raccoon decomposing in the parking lot for over a month now.
Marcy and kale ( manager and maintenance manager) are absolutely amazing and always go above and beyond to make sure us residents have what we need here always helps with situations if they occur , kale always has fixed anything I have put a maintenance request in for in immediately and knows what he is doing , matter of fact has fixed multiple things that other maintenance people have “fixed “ .
