I would rate -5 stars if possible. I lived at Springbrook Gardens 2 years ago with my wife and in the year we lived there we both, along with our service animals, had serious health issues. We found out after about 8 months living there that we had black mold in our apartment, we notified the property management as soon as we found out and the only thing they did was spray harmful chemicals that 1. Did not solve the issue and 2. Was dangerous for our service animals. It took 2 months and threats of a law suit to get them to ... read more

what a wonderful place to live. I have been here for about 3 months and have enjoyed it. The management staff has done everything possible to take care of seeing my move-in went smoothly. They have addressed my concerns and taken care of them as soon as they could. I am an older woman and feel very safe here to walk my dog and the other residents are all friendly that I have met so far. The residents are from very young to very old and have all treated me with respect and friendliness. The grounds are well kept. The building... read more
