By taken care of maintenance and NOT always putting a bandage on everything. Water heater above my apartment leaked water everywhere and instead of cleaning it up properly, I had mold EVERYWHERE! I was so glad I moved out.
great place to live. so close to everything in Oak Creek.
The Ventana apartments were superb. I doubt I will ever live in another apt or home as excellent as the Ventanas. Excellent customer service; gorgeous grand closets, washer and dryer in unit - gorgeous bathrooms and kitchens - open concept... what more could you want? Plus the location is fairly close to the freeway as well
My husband and I have lived here for a year and renewed our lease for another year. We love the amenities as well as everything in the surrounding area!
