Treats employees horrible. Allows bullying in the workplace.
I was there when I was 11 in dss custody. and once when I was 3 years old this place is basically a jail for children it looks good on the outside. there are 20ft high fences outside of children pods, every door is locked all the glass is bullet proof. when I was 11 a staff named Brad slammed me and I had a goosegg on the back of my head that hasn't fully gone away 15 years later I'm doing well now I run a successful real estate company that I founded in September and found christ later in life. children should not be around... read more
Horrible experience with my daughter!!! Would not recommend!!!
This place is a joke! The staff was rude! They break HIPAA laws! They treated my family member like crap! This is from the adult side. I don't know anything about the children's side but I would not recommend this place to ANYONE!
RecommendedI have been trying to find the words in the right things to say for a while about my son stay at Springbrook. He had one in for some very drastic things and we needed some serious help. We were very skeptical as his age was only seven and as well some of the reviews were not so highly recommended. But we took the chance it was the last hope. https://g.co/kgs/w12aby click the link and actually read some current situations that happened as well as how Springbrook treats their employees. I know of several workers who have been subjected to this type prejudice as well as myself but those fear for their job..
My son participated in the acute program. The therapist, Teresa Thompson, talked to me frequently and was extremely helpful (as we the doctors, therapists, nurses, Ms. Candace, and the men who escorted my son places and kept an eye on him to make sure he didn't hurt anyone). I really liked the fact that parents were involved and were informed of everything. My son is a very tall teenager with serious aggression problems. He has improved in a lot of ways because of his time at Springbook. I highly recommend their program.
