I’ve been a patient at this clinic for over a year for psychiatric care, and I truly appreciate how kind and caring the staff and providers have been. The treatment itself has been helpful, and I’m grateful for the support I’ve received. However, over the past five to six months, I’ve consistently experienced issues with medication refills. I have been working with Zoe through telehealth. She is unbelievably compassionate and goes above and beyond to address any issues I have. I can be honest about my feelings and fears, knowing she will not judge me, instead She will find something positive in any situation!! I love Springbok Health. The drs are so calm and understanding. They really listen. And they put me on the medication I asked for. So it’s a win win situation. Dr Jessica really cares and even texts me to make sure I’m doing okay in between appointments. 10/10 recommend.
Brandon is awesome!! He will even extend the time if need be, and his choice of words are perfect for me! :) He only prescribed me what was needed and no more. I havent felt this good about myself in 3 years! Thank you Brandon for your excellent care!!!!! My psychist for life! Nice and friendly, very well educated, and he likes to get deep into any issues.
