Not a very good place especially if you’re LGBTQ+. A lot of people are unformed on certain topics and will take forever to get an appointment.
They are very unresponsive and do not follow up on messages that are left with them. I’ve been trying to get my certification from them for years now My first request was at the end of 2022 It’s now January 2024 when you called there office no one answers and voicemail box is full so no messages can be left with them I have requested court ordered documents from them and they have failed multiple times to transfer that information needed to me.
I am giving this organization two stars. Due to my domestic violence case manager lack of communication, I was stuck going back to my abuser with my child. This will be the second organization in Howard County to either turn me away, or refuse to assist me properly.
I called for asking an appointment, but they did not reply for more than a day. It is not efficient.
