Just finished my ADHD assessment here about 3 days ago and honestly I just had to leave a review because my experience was really great. Even if it happened more than a decade ago, I feel it's important to write this review. I told the lead Psychologist (Dr. Gray) at the time I had ADHD, and that I was struggling because the medication wore off early. She dismissed this concern and immediately jumped to saying I should put in "more effort". This is fundamentally clear that she didn't understand ADHD if she made this claim, putting in "effort" requires executive functions which are biological in origin. Here I am months later waiting for any kind of result. Despite using this place as a child/young adult. It seems money does buy care. Here I am struggling to get through my day and cannot get any help. I was supposed to be connected to more services alongside medication. Neither of which I have received. There goes a holistic approach (which I know is important being a mental health professional myself). Thankfully im able to cope as best I can.
