Zeezee There must be some confusion. There is a Spring Woods and a Spring Branch Vet Clinic. Dr. Paul Smith is at Spring Woods, and he is wonderful! He is great with dogs, especially. His receptionist is shy and quiet, but not rude at all.

never again I have to agree with the woman who said the front desk person is cold. This afternoon I had to rush my cat over, she had been attacked by a dog and was not doing well. We opted to have her euthanized as her injuries were severe and she was suffering. My son and I were not offered the chance to be with our pet as her life ended. In fact, all Susan seemed to care about was collecting my payment and complaining that my cat had fleas. She kept insisting that the cat was "crawling with fleas" "infested with fleas" and... read more

Caring Vet I dont know what that person was talking about. I have taken my dog and cats to Spring Woods for several years. I have always found Dr. Wagner to be a very concerned, compassionate vet. She discusses her concerns about my animals with me and always seems to have my pets best interests at heart. I never have to wait long for an appointment, and the clinic is very clean.

LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS I brought my 18 year old cat to be euthanized. She was going blind and losing her hearing. Becoming very frail and having trouble keeping her food down. She had been with our family for 17 years. She was our family. We finally decided to put her down. My daughter and I walked through the doors in tears and left in complete horror. The front desk person(Susan) was a cold, insensitive person.(She should be in the back cleaning crap out of cages instead of up front crapping on broken hearted customers) Wi... read more

Great Service I was seen right away and there is such a friendly environment that I will continue to use this vet. I brought in my current cat for shots and a cat that I found on the side of a road hit by a car. Both were taken care of immediately.

Okay Service This vet is very big on selling you Heartguard and flea preventative when you don't need it or can't afford it. If you tell them that you don't need or can't afford, they proceed to give you a big lecture on why it's important. I don't need that kind of lecturing. But aside from this the staff is adequetly nice and there wasn't along wait to see the vet.
