Thinks it's ok to shoot a cat through head Dr. Smith has testified on behalf of the veterinarian (Lindsay) who shot a cat with an arrow through the head. He obviously doesn't care too much for cats if he thinks this is okay. I would never take my animals to him. I would give him zero stars if I could.

Defends Kristen Lindsey?? It is my understanding that this veterinarian has chosen to defend the depolorable actions of another (Kristen Lindsey), and to speak in favor of killing feral cats. I hope I'm misunderstanding. If not, these are not actions that most veterinarians would condone and it is a disgrace to the profession

Pathetic excuse for a vet Read on Twitter at the hearing of Lindsey DVM license revocation he stated, "feral cats are viscous." Any person who has ever encountered a feral cat, knows they are not vicious and will ran at the first sight of a human. He also stated, "there is nothing good about feral cats." Another stupid remark from a professional animal care provider. I suppose he is also unfamiliar with feral cats used in controlling the vermin population. http://www.chicagotribune.com/news/local/breaking/ct-feral-cats-rats-... read more

Cruel and negligent This veterinarian, Dr. Smith, is negligent and cruel. One star given because the receptionist apologized to me for his behavior.

Cranky old vet, disinterested staff Cranky old vet, disinterested staff. I can't say that Dr. Smith isn't good at his job, but you'll have to be thick-skinned to deal with him. I'll continue my search for a good vet clinic. Plenty of other options in this area.

disappointed The vet was initially pleasant enough. The facilities appeared clean and spacious. While his role does involve being an educator, Dr. Smith lectured as if he assumed I knew nothing about animals. Though I'm sure it's not meant to come across like that, frankly, as a long-time animal enthusiast, it felt condescending and presumptuous. The whole exam took about 5 min. They took my pet in a back room and I never got to see the vet being hands-on with my pet nor did I see the shots get administered to him. His vet t... read more

insulting doctor I was just thrown out by the rudest doctor ever! We were about to make them our permenant vet and have used them before with great results but I have never been so insulted and am still in shock! Our 5 mos old dog is farm bred by family and a parvo survivor (christmas weekend) so we there is no record of his first set of shots and he has only visited the emergency clinic and snap for shots. This dr chewed me out for using SNAP, told me they overcharged me without letting me explain why they dewormed and afte... read more

Brody Thank you so much for your sensitivity, and your caring staff when we had to have our beloved pet, Brody, put to sleep. I was a complete basket case as was my husband and our granddaughter, but you and your staff remained calm and compassionate throughout the entire ordeal. It also meant a lot for us to know that you had had a similar experience as us with one of your pets, which is why you could feel our grief. Your clinic is always clean and you and your staff are exceedingly professional and possess the best "bedsid... read more
