I would recommend this location for its above and beyond services. The manager Jim always makes sure you understand he’s always available to assist. If I could give more than five stars I would.

Guy at the desk is rude and has a bad attitude. Trying to reach someone in the office suites and he chewed me out like I was a child because I pressed the call button since it looked like a different building.
I am 1000000000% pleased with my experience with this business. During my recent pregnancy and health issues Mr. Jim was patient with me. He provided great customer service and worked with me. He made sure that me and kids were good at all times. He went above and beyond for me and my family! Thank you Mr Jim for all that you did for me and my family! We appreciate you and Spring Valley Storage!
Went in looking for a box and Jim helped me pick a box that would help protect my home goods. 10/10 on help and place has an assortment of boxes for any needs
