Horrible manager who treats the people like garbage. I don't even live here and I'm disgusted.
Pfas site with creek on it testing at over 30 ppt. New move in rules many find hard to meet - regular background check but high credit score required, 3x lot/trailer income minimum. Most existing to old to move out - many that buy to improve find on them to update gas meter, electrical pole, etc as won't pass code...and at their cost. When new owner down a remodel hit this stage- tore down completely and sought court help to be able to exit lease.
been here 23 years and the people are nosey and complain about everything the roads suck and the trees are dead and if they fall on your house then they don't do anything about it i don't recommend this park it is not kid friendly like I said 23 years here take my advice
