Pfas site with creek on it testing at over 30 ppt. New move in rules many find hard to meet - regular background check but high credit score required, 3x lot/trailer income minimum. been here 23 years and the people are nosey and complain about everything the roads suck and the trees are dead and if they fall on your house then they don't do anything about it i don't recommend this park it is not kid friendly like I said 23 years here take my advice
it's okay for what it is they try to keep up the grounds and remove the bad actors - it's improving
