Very hard to speak with physicians. NP left in charge overnight. Everything that happens overnight isn’t explained to the family unless pressed on it. The baseboards in the rooms areNot being cleaned properly. No real security check in. A desk that’s mostly unmanned. The nurses during my shift were kinda mean.
The staff was courteous, professional and caring.
Went in for a stress test. Chris and the team did a great job! She explained what was going to happen and how long it was going to take. Wonderful job everyone!
