I didn't have the best experience as I came here to the ER for horrible chest pains and thinking being a former employee and having the pain I did thought for sure I would get the help I deserved but clearly didn't and after they gave me a couple tests and me having massive chest pains they said follow up with your primary and a specialist and told me to take tylenol which wasn't going to help the pain I was in knowing something further was wrong They could have done more and didn't its sad they call this a place a hospital.... read more
It took me sometime to write this review. After losing my partner Kuang and after his passing in Spring Valley Hospital due to poor prognosis, I had to take some time to heal. I have been to several hospitals in Las Vegas and Henderson and I have seen the care given to my partner everywhere, the quality of care is nothing like Spring Valley Hospital. Exceptional hospital. My experience at the hospital at Spring Valley Hospital. ER was excellent. They attended me. They got my lab results on time in a professional matter. They explain the details to me what I need to do to get better all the other nurses there did their job perfectly well taking my vital signs and everything else. I felt like family atmosphere there. Horrible service. I went to their emergency office because I was having flank pain and nausea and vomiting. I was accused of being a drug addict on Fentanyl because the lab can't read a drug test. It was redone and proved that I don't use drugs. In the meantime when I was demanding another drug test the doctor told me and" when it comes back with the same results what are you going to do you need to get help in front of other patients they treated me like trash I had to beg for them to read test me and none of them apologize... read more
