A solid five stars review, from the bottom of my heart. I am very picky when it comes to my living conditions. We toured 21 houses in Lincoln and only really loved one. We bought it brand new from Spring Valley Homes two years ago. In the last two years I have to say that all we could find in the house were pleasant surprises. Very professional and friendly. Just bought a house from them. May 2024 - we have lived in the house 4 years. We visited our insurance agent and thought we were getting a discount for our shingles but found they had declined the discount and never notified us. The agent said if we could get information from the builder that they were class 3 impace resistant they would refund the money from the previous years.
