Audiology-wise, it’s a jungle out there. Elise Ney is a smart, thoughtful, caring and enormously supportive audiologist. Everyone is different and hearing loss and hearing aids are definitely a personal matter. She has done a terrific job finding a hearing aid compatible with my hearing loss and does not push a particular product. She is conscientious and tenacious in the necessary detailed hearing aid programming, provides ongoing support and maintenance, and has really been there for me. My husband and I both had baseline hearing tests a couple of months ago with Ms. Ney at the Spring Valley Hearing Center. She was completely professional and very personable. She gave us both excellent, understandable explanations of our test results. For us, she was pleased to tell us that no hearing aids are needed. Should the need arise in the future for either of us, we won't hesitate to return to see Ms. Ney, as we have no doubt that she would provide us excellent service through the process of choosing and fitting our ... read more

Awesome service with Great results!! Dr. Ney takes the time to analyze your hearing loss and then creates the best solution tailored to your needs. I was concerned about my recent hearing loss so I had many questions. Dr. Ney answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.
