I highly recommend Amanda Lanigan, she is down to earth, authentic, and genuinely cares about people’s well being. Amanda will help you identify your goals and come up with an action plan to help you get there while supporting you in the journey!
I’ve worked with Amanda, a therapist here, for many years and have consistently had a positive experience. She brings a strong understanding of the mental health system and balances professionalism with a relaxed, approachable style. If you’re looking for someone experienced, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to, I highly recommend her.
