Lived here for 2 years and had a pleasant experience. It's located pretty centrally to a lot of places to eat and shop and has decent amenities. It's close to a central roadway and had dated appliances and fixtures. Here's my pros, mehs and cons. Pros: -you get a lot of bang for your buck, the apartments are very well sized and laid out and they are on the cheaper side compared to their competitors. - there is a pool and community garden, pool is nice and even has a hot tub area.
