do something about crazy neighbors
Absolutely the worst place I have ever lived, I would not recommend to anyone. The management is horrible to their tenants. Overbearing, rude, threatening, they look for anything to complain about he will tell you he will "call his cop" on you, they left harassing notes on my door, and if you stand up to this treatment as me and my husband did he will look for reasons to evict you. I was kicked out for being one day late on rent, (first time) and still he reported me to the credit bureau for owing 1,600 which is ruining my c... read more
The management team is very rude and trying to blame you for everything even if you didn't do it
Honestly, Spring Valley Apartments is not the place to live. The managers will blame you for something that has nothing to even do with you. I was smoking on my porch a while ago and saw her picking up cigarettes and she came up to me asking if they were mine. She had Marlboros in her hand and I smoke Camels. She persistently kept asking me if they were mine and I kept telling her no. Finally she realized that they weren't mine and walked off. Not only that, the owner Charles is a total dick.
