I lived there for 2 years. It was the worst apartment I've ever had. The owner simply put, is a slum lord. This is nothing but a cash cow for him. He does not give 1 care about his tenants. No matter what we did, we were fighting ants and heat the entire summer. The a/c runs full blast all day and, the apartment might drop below 80 around 6 a.m. When its not the ants, it was mice. I stopped by to inquire about the studio apartments. Jose was incredibly kind and helpful. Unfortunately we went with a different studio apartment in the area since the pricing was a bit high compared to what I toured this week. If the pricing was right, Spring Tree would have been our top choice!
