This place has a lot of potential, unfortunately the Manager Kimberly (awful person, don’t trust her),and the Owner are CHEAP, and I have been very unhappy here about cleanliness, bugs problems and electrical problems!!! In the other hand it's fairly safe and quiet!!! They need to step up a bit!!!
Good customer service, decent studio apt with low utility expenses. Basically a nice place to live. No access to public transportation. Would be 5 stars except for the neighborhood wack job spy being my neighbor.
The Office Manager was rude to me for no reason, the neighbors when i visited were mean and rude.
