Very friendly landlady. Always has things fixed in a timely manner. Never have had any issues with things not getting maintenances when needed like other review said. Has always been lovely to rent from. Very cozy apartments.
When you move here, you better pray that your neighbors stay silent & never have guests over. Because you will hear EVERYTHING. Walls & windows are ridiculously thin. I haven't had a full night's sleep in the 5 months I've lived here because of my neighbors insisting on making as much noise as possible.
