I have recently experienced some minor (I need bangs before a big event) and major hair emergencies (daughter with a sudden onset of serverly broken damaged and tangled hair and about to leave for outdoor military training followed by her big debut as student teacher) and Melissa and Geri not only welcomed us in .... thoughtfully considered options and fixed it, but more importantly genuinely cared about the outcome.
