Thanks so much for the extra effort to to locate all the nerves (you could have sent me to a specialist who would have charged triple) Mona even asked me to give her a call when I got home because she was concerned. Now that's what I call good service.
I have to say after years not going to the dentist out of fear I am so happy I finally went, and that I chose this office as my new dentist. The staff was warm and very polite! Happy!
Dentist explained what needed to be done and why. Office manager provided detailed cost estimate and what methods of payment were acceptable. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
I am in my late 60's and have been to many a dentist, as strong and good teeth were, regrettably, not part of my heritage. April is the best. If you need your teeth cleaned, April always does an excellent job. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
Dental hygenist, Josh, was very friendly, helpful and well informed. Dr. Romney gave me a good overview of what future work needed to be done and why. Francis at front desk was very friendly. I appreciate their customer service.
Always good, always professional. April, that is. Always present as a person to me as a person, aging though present. Consummate attention to my mouth and what's in it. April cautions me w/o alarming me. We are good together sharing health promoting information and practices. So there!
I am truly impressed with the service at Spring Street. Both dentists are great and personable. Great outcomes, from the simplest to the most complex procedures. They will work with you and provide options. All staff are great and equally proficient in their roles.
