It is never easy taking over an existing practice but Dr.s Lassen and Romney have done a great job of taking Dr. Rassner's practice and have made it their own. Both do a good job of providing patients, when possible, a variety of treatment options, allowing the patient to tailor their own care according to their pocketbook or other considerations. The team were waiting for me when I came in - ushered right in the cleaning station. Leticia was thorough and efficient and the doctor came in right after the cleaning for a quick check. Overall, excellent.
Was attended to for teeth cleaning apptmt promptly and on time. Dr. was very attentive and thorough with checkup.
I went for my regular cleaning - very happy with it but mentioned I was a little concerned with one particular tooth. They offered for me to wait a short time and I could see my dentist but, as I was unable to do so, they arranged for me to see him the next morning when he quickly solved my problem. All the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful and make going to the dentist a great experience and wonderful treatment always!
Definitely a great place to get your teeth taken care of, and taken care of well! While not the most high tech Dentist I have been to, the staff and dental team are outstanding, caring and helpful. I would rate 5 stars if they had the newer office technology.
Everyone at this dental office is WONDERFUL! They're all personable and thorough communicators.
