Rick is absolutely amazing! As a fellow Massage Therapist I get massage fairly often but this massage was like no other and absolutely much needed! A lot of relief in my lower back/ hip area! So good I will be going back regularly!

Deepest most skilled massage you will ever have. Best therapist in the Lake Mary/ Longwood area. From start to finish the massage was everything I needed.
My husband and I went in for a couples massage the other night and enjoyed everything about this place. Right when I walked in I felt relaxed just from the smells and decor! The massage therapist were the best we have ever had and we would strongly recommend going to this spa before any other!
Rick is second to none. I highly recommend his work and the deep tissue massage. Most massages target only the back body but Rick has helped untie the knots in my arms, legs and chest. His knowledge of the human body is impressive. I will be a customer for life.
I have chronic lower back pain as well as IT band syndrome. The massage therapist not only helped it feel better with trigger point therapy but also showed me some stretches to help in the future. She was incredibly knowlegable and took great care with my back. Very appreciative. Though i don't live in the area i will be back when i visit and recommend Spring Spa Massage and Bodyworks to others.
