STAY AWAY. I'm highly considering reporting this place to the BBB. The owner seriously needs a reality check - He curses at his employees in front of customers. He also hit on a few girls I know. I won't be returning to this sorry excuse for a business/nail salon.
I agree with a lot of other reviews...terrible place, do not waste your money. Treated my daughter the day before she gave birth to pedicure and nails done. Nails chipped and came off within 48 hours and then she developed pus infection at one of the cuticles. I telephoned the male owner. He was aggressive and very rude. We went back and forth, hard to get a word in , he does not listen or care. They REALLY need to improved on their customer service.. And learned how to be gently fixing people’s nails.. the experience i had there with my deaf friend was awful.. they didn’t know how to use the time management and we was waiting for almost 45 mins after the appointment time arrival.. and one man was fixing my nails and he was being aggressive with it and caused some cuts on my fingers and it was painful.. overall it was a awful experience.. will never go there again.
Provide better customer service.
RecommendedIt’s in my neighborhood (Spring Ridge) so it’s very convenient. I’ve been going here for over 12 years. Nail technicians are friendly and do great work. I always come out satisfied.
This place is trusted worthies , they are never proved me wrong excellent services , well done on my Gel nails , great massage on my pedicure, I can't say enough , highly recommended .
Spring Spa is a gem in the neighborhood. I love going there for my hair color and cut with Noura and a soothing pedicure with Holly.
I have never met anyone like the owner of this salon. I called to see if they can put in for a pedicure and they said yes, tell me to come in 15 mins. Which i arrived at exact 15mins later. The owner Vu told me i have to come back another time due to they don't have anyone do my nail. I saw 2 nail tech sitting there with nothing to do. WTF! this is ridiculous. He has no customer service skill, rude and unprofessional.
This is the absolute worst place i have ever been to. Got my nails done last Friday and three days later 3 popped off when i got in the shower. I got the flu and every time i got a shower more came off i made an appointment for today because im finally better and he refused my service and tried to make me pay when he told me that if anything were to happen to them he would fix them for free because they are supposed to last a month and they definitely did not.
