The staff a Spring River Dental is very polite and great customer service. when you call the team is very helpful. the assistants for the dentist are also sweet to the kids and are very informative. when the dentist checks my daughter they make the experience better for the kids.

I switched my son to Spring River Dental about a year ago and it was the best thing I did for his dental health . He went from being afraid and HATING the dentist to asking when he goes back ? The staff are all so kind and are patient. When he had a filling that had to be done he was very nervous, but they did a great job at comforting him. Omg!! The girls in the office are AMAZINGLY GREAT with little ones, well my 4 yr old had a great experience. Sge is already wanting to go back. Dr. Carter and Kaitlyn were so sweet.
My girls and I absolutely love this place! The staff is always friendly and sweet, and it has such a welcoming atmosphere. Wether it’s in person or on the phone they accommodate all of our needs and requests to keep my daughters calm, happy and entertained through any procedures. I am very pleased to see how they explain every step with details of what they’ll be doing throughout the visit, and if my girls or I have a question they always answer with kindness.
