I m a resident of one of there 5 properties. Been here for 4 months and I have had issues with not having hot water 5 times!! The property look old and not maintain properly!! Quality of work of the maintance people is poor, some of them unacceptable to the point that I had to call for the same issues more than once!!! Is not worth the money that you pay for rent.
