Eric was amazing answered all my questions. He was helpful and plan I staying there.
I love living at spring, the WiFi is great, the pool is awesome, Andrew and Eric are amazing leasing consultants. Staff is very friendly and they stay on top of any issues you are having with your apartment, very safe community and great commute for students at UNCG. Not too too far from A&T as well. They have a work out gym, and are always hosting events. Great place to stay
I love coming in the office Eric’s always answer questions that i have and Rae always helps me locate my packages

Ra’chel was awesome!!!!!! Go see her for all info and tours. She’s amazing at her job even answered questions before I asked them. Very friendly and informative. Also....originally came just to look but I’m sold I’m getting in here ASAP
