I have lived here for 3 years now and the customer service is amazing and I wouldn't wish to live anywhere else. The staff is always so friendly and you can tell that they really care for the residents.

This place sucks.... DONT DO IT.... DONT TRY LIVING WITH UR FRIENDS... TOO MANY RULES FOR SOMEWHERE U. PAY TO LIVE.... THE HAVE RATS ON THE FIRST FLOOR... THE TRAIN IS ALWAYZ MOVING.... THEY LIE TO U AND SHOW U A DISPLAY APARTMENT THAT ISNT EVEN THE SAME SIZE AS THE ACTUAL APARTMENT.... HONESTLY SAVE MONEY AND GET A APARTMENT BY A&T THEY ARE WAY BIGGER AND CHEAPER... I have lived at Spring Place for almost a year now, and while we had miscommunication errors in the beginning they have been nothing short of an amazing living experience. They cater to our needs and the staff are welcoming and friendly at any moment in passing. My roommates and I love it, and I would recommend anyone to live here!

I lived here for 2 years and they first year was okay but after they changed management, they totally changed. The staff is very unprofessional and it seems like they just want your money. They do not care about their residents and they charge you for things without even letting you know. I had to check my credit to find out that I had been charged for cleaning fees that I had no control over. I came in to potentially lease an apartment and did not know where exactly to rent from yet. However, when Brittany in the office began talking to me she almost immediately was so convincible to make me want to rent. She was super helpful and super friendly and I would recommend this place and her to anyone. I can't wait to rent here and have Brittany to help me out.
