SURGERY CENTER REFUSING TO REMOVE STENT. I have a stent in that was placed the end of January due to 3 kidney stones. My surgery to have old stent removed and new one placed was canceled for tomorrow because I can't afford a $800 payment. (But they will schedule it at the hospital) Yes it is my responsibility. I have tried to make payment arrangements but they won't agree. If I was told before the current stent was placed that I would have this payment I wouldn't of had surgery.
