Very nice people. The maintenance man is an awesome guy and the manager goes through great lengths to be sure you are taken care of and the complex is not a wreck!
Decent mid level apartments. Could use exterior cosmetic improvements but overall great value for the cost.
Renter upstairs allows their dogs to urinate on the deck drenching my deck and making using it impossible
