Will has been training me for a couple weeks now and it's been wonderful. On top of that, the facility is clean, everyone's been friendly, both staff and other members. I don't feel like I'm being judged when I'm there which I appreciate so much. I'd definitely recommend this gym for anyone looking to get in a good workout without the typical negative gym stereotypes.

Convenient, not a meat market. Extremely dissappointed about the use of xtx room. Wasted space when not in use and not enough other mat space in club to use.

The staff is understanding of my needs as a member and they anticipate them with a plan and workout that is suited just for me. I couldn't ask for better help to achieve the best workouts! Kudos to a fabulous staff! Thank you everyone!!!!
They keep raising their prices and have yet to update their equipment.
