Since the Spring of 2024 I have been seen by Dr. Boulos and several support members of this group, and during the past year I have finally been able to have confidence in the care being given to my teeth. Awesome place and the dentist (Dr. Boulos) did a great job removing my tooth. Now, I have another to do. Also, the staff and doctors are very professional and nice. However, the staff still did not respond to 2 emails or refund a portion of my payment (no crown was done but tooth extraction). They are oblivous. Great dentist bad staff. Two weeks later, I just called and the same AUFUL front desk staff. Two rings no answers and two calls that were immediatedly hung up. Worst front office I have seen in 65 years else.
