RecommendedWasher & dryer in each unit!! Big balcony with each unit!! For one bedroom apartment, is spacious!! Fountain out front. Grounds kept very nice!! Thank you Kelvin!! Today I went out and seen baby ducks for 1st time!! How cute they are. Lots of birds and squirrels!! I really like living here!!
Spring Manor is bright, cheerful and tastefully decorated! My apartment is large enough to be comfortable! I've made numerous friends and enjoy the fellowship!
I have lived here at Spring Manor for (14) years I've enjoyed my spacious apartment and lovely big balcony, It's nice to have my own laundry room. It's also convenient to the Malls & grocery stores for shopping. The landscaping is very attractive and grounds are kept up well. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.

I moved in here in November 2016 and have been very happy. I love it here. Close to shops and restaurants. Mailboxes are inside the facility and so nice in bad weather. Lunch offered Monday through Friday. Yard maintenance and inside maintenance awesome and staff friendly. Residents friendly as well and my little dog loves all the attention she gets around here.
Just moved my mom in this weekend! Everything seems to be great so far ! Will update later 👍
I am going through the process of trying to get my mom a lease here. The government paperwork is unbelievable, but Char has been tireless in trying to get everything completed for the compliance officer, with Wendy even calling over there to do a phone check.. Since my mom's accounts are all in TN this has been much harder than usual. I do not yet know the outcome of her admission here, but I know it is not because they didn't try their hardest.
