Drain on our air handler -\-\ 3 work orders to fix flooded the pantry twice. Broken tiles in our entry way -\-\ made management aware upon move in, followed up 2 weeks later, 5 months after we moved in and I had to call irate because my dog was eating the tile that had still yet to be fixed. Broken freezer -\-\ again 3 tries, 3 work orders finally fixed it AC unit -\-\ now on the 5th work order in almost a month. First off, I thought it was going to be a good place to live and staff was nice. But after living there a few months, it turned horrible! Upstairs neighbors stomp at all hours and all management does is talk to them. It doesn't matter how many times you complain nothing happens. The floor joists squeak when they walk. Rent is too high for the quality of the apartments. $8xx+ and they're nothing special. Dogs poop everywhere. The pools didn't seem sanitary last summer. The gate is broken 90% of the time.
