Has a funeral to attend and wwnt d a beautiful bouquet. We spoke on the phone and she promised she could pull me t off and claimed to have a specialty of funeral. I got a text while I was in the service, saying they can’t fine me. They asked what the was - I told them the names. In the am she said who’s your friend again not asking if this is the caressed or the third part She has no ghosted me. She won’t wander my calls but tot text I have a sneaking suspicion there was no bouquet even made..

Update: The owner I dealt with is no longer with the floral shop. I would give the new owner a chance. One year update: The owner never did made it right. The "checks in the mail" never got here. My Mom’s funeral was August 28. I went to Spring Lake Floral a week before that and ordered an arrangement for her funeral. I wanted white flower, some red roses, with three ribbons that said “Mom, Grandma, Great Grandma” I paid $500 to the owner when I ordered them. I've ordered flowers here multiple times and the flowers have always been amazing. This most recent time there was a mix up with the delivery date, upon calling they expressed there apology for the mix up, upgraded my bouquet, and got another bouquet on the correct date.

This florist is so unreliable. They forget orders or just decide not to deliver them on time. You have to follow up with them to get your delivery (and they don’t pick up their phone so it’s a challenge).

I ordered an arrangement for a birthday, to be delivered on the birthday (4 days after the day I placed the order). Unfortunately, the arrangement was delivered 3 days before the birthday. I called the shop 2x and left messages but never received a call back. It's great I got the arrangement I paid for but don't know why the birthday, which was a weekday, wasn't possible for delivery.
