One year update: The owner never did made it right. The "checks in the mail" never got here. My Mom’s funeral was August 28. I went to Spring Lake Floral a week before that and ordered an arrangement for her funeral. I wanted white flower, some red roses, with three ribbons that said “Mom, Grandma, Great Grandma” I paid $500 to the owner when I ordered them.
