Water walking / running is great exercise. SLFAC lazy river is a wonderful option for getting your steps in.
Love swimming there and working out it is so convenient
If I could give it negative stars, I would. The high school has priority over the entire facility. Member concerns are never taken seriously and often treated rude. Many times the pool should be open and the high school will have an impromptu swim practice with no regard for paying members, this happens in the gym as well. The hot tub and sauna constantly close and there is almost no time for family swim. The pool schedule is very limited and does not seem to be changing anytime soon.
