If I could give it negative stars, I would. The high school has priority over the entire facility. Member concerns are never taken seriously and often treated rude. Many times the pool should be open and the high school will have an impromptu swim practice with no regard for paying members, this happens in the gym as well. The hot tub and sauna constantly close and there is almost no time for family swim. The pool schedule is very limited and does not seem to be changing anytime soon. I go specifically for the pool. I’m retired so the hours to lane swim are decent. What I struggle with is the emails they send to members telling them to clean up after themselves, don’t shave, the locker room and showers aren’t meant for anything other than a quick freshen up. Be kind and considerate. Good grief. i’ve had zero issues with other members. The problems are many on the staff side though. There has been two or three showers not working for months.
