Every night in your parking lot you'll find people sleeping in their cars, the dark parking lots expose residents to danger, this is a horrible place, so dirty and everything breaks, nothing is fixed and they just raise the rent, pets defecate everywhere and the owners don't pick it up, it smells awful of poop... the truth is the list is endless but if you're willing to put up with all this, go ahead and don't even bother replying…etc
They are the best apartments that I ever live in, neighbors are so friendly and nice and they have the best administration ever. The apartments are always clean and nice.

apartments for low-income people, sadly it seems they have no right to decent housing, they never repair anything in the apartments, I've spoken to the neighbors and it's all the same, they hand over ruined floors, dirty and torn carpets, you'll wait forever for them to fix something, they always make excuses or lie about maintenance, if you can stand that, welcome
