I've been trying to reach someone about the property at Spring Halloween regarding available units and tours, but there appears to be no on-site leasing office, and my calls have gone unanswered. It's been difficult to get in touch. Is there another way to contact your team, or a different number I should be calling? I'm very interested in the property but can't seem to get any information.

This apartments are kind of bad the manager barley cares, no office, the people there be complaining a lot about the kids playing around outside. They be bothering a lot but still good the rooms are good but is just they give the apartments a little beat up but all good.

Like most everyone else on here, I have only been able to reach out to them like once in a blue moon. They change management so often and don't tell you. I have been unable to reach maintenance. I was told they don't even answer the phone unless it's after hours which is pointless. We have had broken parts in our apartment since before we moved in several years ago but we can't call maintenance because apparently there isn't a number for them. An awful property there's no management and when there is, they're sarcastic, rude and threatening. Scummy, dirty, low 3rd class. Gone downhill each time someone new buys the property or manages it. Animals pee and deficate at the entrances. No rules enforced. Hard to reach. Managers can't handle issues here and they refer to Jordan she has no experience 5 years is nothing.

Can’t get ahold of the office. There is no leasing office on the property.
