Good communication and quick response times. Worked with our specific needs -- sometimes we needed caregivers routinely, other times more sporadically and they provided very flexible care that fit our scheduling needs. Caregiver Deborah in particular was wonderful -- very kind, thoughtful, truly a special person who cares about caregiving and sees the person in front of her, not just their illness.
