Staff was wonderful! Five stars to the entire staff! Hotel was clean and well kept with perfect location right across from st Mary’s. I would stay again and would recommend.
Rooms are nice. Pool sucks. No towels. Deadbolt on room door randomly locks, while door is open.
Edit - no refund nor partial refund as promised now 3 months later …. The front desk was super nice (though I was told I would be refunded or partially refunded and that hasn’t hit my card) but I had an awful night of sleep here in room 224. Mattress was horrible - like someone broke the springs or something. It sloped. Room was verrrrry loud both because people above me but also because it’s so close to the road and on a bus line as well as close to Mayo’s ER so lots of sirens. I slept less than two hours. I stay here every time I go to Mayo for a cancer treatment. Rooms are comfortable, staff is great. Walking distance to restaurants. Free parking and breakfast.
