Our toilet was broken, asked for it to be fixed and it never was. Parking lot is tiny, so if you drive a large vehicle it can be tough to find a spot. Beds are doubles (as advertised), but just know they are small.
Got woken up at 1 to our rooms being flooded from the ceiling!!! Water everywhere. Bath room was soaked , you couldn’t even use the toilet because the water was running out of the light like a faucet , had my 15 m old with me and 6y old. Green stuff coming out of the soaked floor boards. They didn’t give a new room , they didn’t comp us for anything. Horrible hotel horrible service. When I called the hotel a spoke w the manger they lied and said they moved us rooms and they did not. She refused to see my pictures and videos.... read more
Edit - no refund nor partial refund as promised now over a week later…. The front desk was super nice (though I was told I would be refunded or partially refunded and that hasn’t hit my card) but I had an awful night of sleep here in room 224. Mattress was horrible - like someone broke the springs or something. It sloped. Room was verrrrry loud both because people above me but also because it’s so close to the road and on a bus line as well as close to Mayo’s ER so lots of sirens. I slept less than two hours.
