Purchased a bouquet of 40 roses of various colors with a particular vase as a 40th birthday gift. I personally went into the location and the gentleman helped me out. Flowers were delivered as expected and the quality was outstanding, earned me some extra points with honey, Thank You!
My husband ordered a bouquet of flowers asked for a purple calla lily in a purple arrangement. I received the arrangement one day early before my bday,with 3 inches of water,and wilted flowers which a couple are broken and one has newspaper stuck to it. When my husband called to ask about the arrangement he was told that the flowers are supposed to look wilted and they told him he could take it back to receive partial credit or bring them back and they'll send another arrangement.
