They are very knowledgeable about the different diagnosis I have and if they are unfamiliar with anything they are willing to do the research to become familiar with whatever it is the needs to be addressed at the time. My worker understands my diagnoses. She accepts me where I am and helps me to cope and even have fun. She improves the quality of my life. One expression she uses a lot is, "If that is the worst thing that happens today, it's still been a good day." She gives me a better perspective of the things that are difficult in my life.
