Friendly, efficient staff. They truly care about their patients and each other. This makes for good, calm energy in the office which is ideal to soothe the nerves of those of us who dislike dental work. Imagine being in a dental office where you ENJOY being there! These people easily earned my trust and confidence in what they do back in 2002, and is still going strong today.
Started going to Spring Grove about a month ago & this dental phobia chicken loves this place, everyone that I have met here is wonderful! They have been so kind & patient with me. Still a chicken, but a calm chicken 😊

Both office & service staff are predictably knowledgeable and effective in their jobs. Their experience shows. I actually enjoy appointments because I leave feeling that I understand the state of my dental health and what I need to do to sustain it. The office manager is very good at scheduling to meet my time requirements & flexible when necessary.

Spring Grove Dental is by far the best dental office in and around Richmond. From the time you walk in until you leave, you are treated as if they've known you forever. They are courteous, friendly, compassionate and very knowledgeable. From the ladies in the front to the ladies in the back, and especially Dr. John!
