On 3/28/26 we had treatment, no calls b4 coming, the tech could not get to back due to fence locked, he told me he would be back on 3/31/26 to do the back yard, he was a no show. I called 3 times, 2 I left messages, 1 I spoke to a lady that told me he would be out on 4/6/26, again a no show. I am canceling my service to find a company who actually cares about their customers!
I've tried 3 different lawn services and no one has been as good as Spring Green. Customer service is awesome. I might add that I may be picky about my lawn. Thank you Spring Green.
We started using this company early spring of 2023. I was happy that they were able to get the weeds in the grass and landscaping under control. My biggest complaint is the lack of communication. The tech would show up whenever they wanted, never talked to us - NEVER with any suggestions or what we NEED to do to maintain everything. Also had several landscaping jobs I wanted to discuss and hire them to do. I live in a rural area and have an acre of grass and garden to take care of. I’ve had my home for 30+ years and have used several of the companies offering these services. I’ve found Spring Green to be the best in price, quality of service, always on time and excellent customer service. I deal directly with the Valparaiso , In office. They actually answer the phone when you call and return calls asap when leaving a message. What a concept!
Very professional and does a nice job, continued efforts are always needed to be a successful full service business.
